Attention can be addictive. It feels good to hear that others think you're "fine" or "sexy". It's nice to know that "you still got it" It gives you a little boost when your post gets lots of likes or when your phone is always buzzing.


But remember, attention is often fleeting and sometimes shallow. Work on the things in your life that have lasting value-self love, genuine relationships, personal goals. When you have solid foundations then it is easier to not be swayed by outside flattery; it's easier to make better choices for your hearts.
